The Sanctuary Minnesota Tiny House Village
Are you ready to move your house and be a village resident?
The Sanctuary Minnesota Village consists of spaces for parking tiny houses. There are common areas and residents have access to some of the amenities in the main house. Village spaces to park your tiny house are available to rent for $350-$450 a month (subject to change without notice) with a 6 month minimum lease. Temporary parking spaces and tiny houses may also be available for rent outside the village area.
*In order to maintain the serenity of the property and balance with nature, The Sanctuary Minnesota is an adult only community (visits by children require advanced approval). Indoor cats are allowed. Allowance of any other pets will be determined on a case by case basis.
